Ability to write to external drives from hidden OS

Tried to search similar request or discussion regarding this topic, but nothing found. It is clear, why ability to write to external drives from hiddes OS is disabled - for security reasons, and avoid leaving any signs of hidden OS. But, from other prospective it limits hidden OS functionality a lot. Is it possible to add option (in section "Under your risks and responsibility") to remount drive(-s) with write permission? Question is about Windows OS family mainly. Maybe there is already some hack exist to bypass read-only access?
