When I upgraded from Veracrypt 1.25.6 to latest nightly 1.26.0, after rebooting there is a loop of "Preparing automatic repair" followed by freezing loading circle and the BSOD from the title.

Expected behavior

This should not happen

Observed behavior

Replacing C:\Windows\System32\veracrypt.sys [Version 1.25.9.0; faulty] with a previous version of veracrypt.sys like version 1.26.1 fixes the problem.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Veracrypt 1.26.0
  2. Reboot as suggested
