I am encountering a device-mapper error when attempting to mount a VeraCrypt container.

Expected behavior

Successfully mount a volume

Observed behavior

I'm receiving an error when attempting to mount the VeraCrypt container in a Linux Mint machine. The error message is: device-mapper: reload ioctl on veracrypt4 (252:5) failed: Invalid argument Command failed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open GUI VeraCrypt
  2. Press Select device
  3. Select device
  4. Press Mount
