How to cross-compile VeraCrypt?

Hi all,

How can I cross-compile VeraCrypt for a aarch64 Linux from a x64 Linux? Will it work if I just set CC, CXX, AR and RANLIB? I want to build wxwidget from source as well (without GUI).
