Feature Request: installer for Windows on Arm

Desired behavior

Our company is using VeraCrypt as an encrypted container for several developing use cases. We would like to be able to use VeraCrypt on newly available Windows on Arm (WoA) machines. For now there doesn't seem to be any installer available for this platform listed in the Downloads section of VeraCrypt's official website.

@arochettesteinberg The VeraCrypt EXE installer is compatible with Windows ARM64, and you can use it to install VeraCrypt on Windows ARM64. For the current version, you can download it here: VeraCrypt Setup 1.26.15

VeraCrypt has been fully compatible with Windows ARM64 since version 1.25.4, except for system encryption, which is not yet implemented.

I will update the download page to clearly indicate that ARM64 is supported through the EXE installer.

PS: An ARM64 MSI installer is planned for the next version.
