recreate the 100MB partition again and make sure the 100MB drive is marked as active. Windows will boot fine even if there are errors creating the partition, but it will not be encrypted. I had a much worse experience, vercarypt killed the D partition when decrypting the C partition, which was encrypted by diskcryptor
