Update LZMA to latest version (24.07)

Dear Mounir and DLL125,

I hope you are both doing well. I wish to request that the LZMA software library be updated from 23.01 to 24.07, please. It contains the changes listed in the link below:

According to Igor Pavlov, author of 7-Zip, other minor changes in version 24.06 are (source):

• Blake2s source code was changed for AVX512 compiling compatibility
• Some translation files were updated

Changes in version 24.07: The bug was fixed: 7-Zip could crash for some incorrect ZSTD archives.

I realize the translations and ZSTD bug fix are likely not relevant to VeraCrypt.
