Enable Wake On LAN (WOL) on full disk encryption lock screen for next boot

Desired behavior

If WOL was enabled during last boot and user was unable to unlock device with Veracrypt full disk encryption, WOL will not be enabled during next boot, meaning user cannot turn on computer using WOL.
