package removed from winget

VeraCrypt was available on winget but was removed because of https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/issues/131328

Can we get this fixed so the package is installable via winget again?

Because of the agreement thing, the only way to get it on winget is to remove that parameter or wait until Winget adds proper support for agreements to winget. This issue is effectively stale until then
