Requested feature Figure out how to make the CI run the tests on AWS Nitro enclaves

Motivation Currently, CI builds for all platforms, and runs for Linux and Icecap. We do not run tests on Nitro, which has resulted in a number of undetected regressions on Nitro. This is bad.

Additional context We don't want undetected regressions.
