Fix+remove ignored IceCap tests

Follow-up to https://github.com/veracruz-project/veracruz/pull/367

This PR will be updated to fix the tests that were failing, only in CI, for unknown reasons

The IceCap CI is stuck until timeout.

If you rebase now the CI issue should be fixed, hopefully.

Will resurrect this once https://github.com/veracruz-project/veracruz/pull/447 is merged, https://github.com/veracruz-project/veracruz/pull/447 was likely the source of these failures.
