Update.... I will get back to working on this as soon as we find a way to successfully build gphoto2 from source. Right now that gphoto2 build error issue is...

Update... we'll work on implementing getting the serial number lookup on the Canon camera body implemented over the next week or so and let everyone know how it works out....
