[Feature] pack.sh script for usage under Linux

Some people (at least me :smile:) may want to use this WinInjection thing under Linux.

So I created a corresponding pack.sh script which essentially does the same things as the script.bat one. Of course I also added the official standalone Linux binaries of 7-Zip (from https://www.7-zip.org/download.html).
