Ventoy2Disk crashes

After I plugin my flash drive and refresh the device list the app crashes. If I run the tool after I plugin my flashdrive it doesn't show up and crashes right at the start. I have also tested older versions - 1.0.11 and 1.0.16 but they all crash like this.

the D: drive is my flashdrive, it's clean formatted FAT32

Now the flash drive has Windows Server 2022 installation image on it (no longer fat32 empty)

i am having the same issue on windows 10 , i went to create the flash drive and it crashes. log.txt

How is the error handling for faulty drives?

Ventoy crashed for me just after starting the install, without any error in the log. I didn't check the drive for errors, but I removed the partition on the USB thumb drive and did a slow format in Windows when I created a new partition. After this, the install worked just fine and booting and everything works perfectly.
