What happened?

I followed the instruction of https://www.ventoy.net/en/plugin_vtoyboot.html and created a VDI of Kali Linux. When I tried to test the VDI it says prohibited by the secure boot policy then entered into grub rescue mode.

I changed to a different computer which secure boot was also turn on and it works without any problem.

I'm a bit confused, how do I get the previous PC work this out?
