What happened?

The problem starts when I boot into my BIOS (which is in UEFI mode, and has secure boot enabled. Also before formatting, I enabled sec boot support in the Ventoy2Disk and I used "NTFS" format but also tried FAT format as well).

I boot into my USB via UEFI and it tells me that the secure boot is disabled. After that it boots me into Ventoy menu as usual so I pick the .iso of Windows 10 IoT Ent LTSC. After doing it I select "normal boot" and on Windows logo it just hangs and does nothing. The loading circle that is supposed to appear under the logo just doesn't show up and it appears frozen. I've tried waiting for more than an hour - still no luck. Interestingly "Wimboot" method works and it boots up eventually upon finishing to 100%.

However on my G9 HP laptop the normal boot works perfectly fine. I have to wait a bit and the loading circle shows up and I get booted into Windows installer. What could be the problem?

Same here on ASUS P8B75-MX PLUS motherboard, while works fine on ASUS B85 PLUS R2.0, UEFI is turned on and CSM turned off
