What happened?

I simply changed the partition configuration from exFAT to FAT32, this resulted in an error appearing on the screen “KMODE exception not handled”, this persisted in a boot loop and I cannot access safemode, or other boot media or, Windows 10 PE boot media via USB.

Could be a RAM or USB issue. Try with another USB drive or check the RAM.
