This looks like you didn't enroll the certificate for secure boot. And you've barely provided any details about your problem.

I am experiencing the same problem on a Dell Optiplex 3060 (with the latest firmware installed). I see the screen to enroll the MAK key. If I hit Enter, nothing happens, and then the system reboots. I have successfully enrolled the Ventoy MAK key on different machines, so I am familiar with the process. I am attempting to elicit another error message from this issue. Once I do, I will report back.

You forgot to disable Secure boot or enroll the Ventoy secure boot key.
