You can work around this by loading the grubfm_multiarch.iso file and then from the grubfm menu, choose the Arch ISO and then the partnew boot option. The Arch ISO file on the USB drive must be contiguous.

Same as #2825

It has been fixed, just that the new version has not been released. You can use the latest CI release.
