What happened?

I only want to report that on Windows, the version shown in the Ventoy executable is wrong:

As you can see, it shows "1.0.0.3". But it should be "1.0.96".

Please update the version information.

1.0.96 is the Ventoy project version and the version number is writter in a config file. The Ventoy2Disk.exe is just a Windows installer program of Ventoy. Sometimes other parts update we just update the version number in the config file, and no need to update Ventoy2Disk.exe.
