What happened?
Background: I tried to run windows 11 from my external hard drive, but there was a blue screen when booting. There were 4 partitions on the disk: 1, on which there were data and ISO images. 2, which had windows 11. 3, which had windows 11 bootloader, and 4, which had VTOYEFI. 2 the disk partition was logical. I deleted volumes 2 and 3 of the partitions and merged them with 1 partition. But when loading ventoy, I was given the following:
This may be due to the fact that there was a logical partition on the disk. Is it possible to fix this without formatting the disk?
Do a non-self destructive installation, Worked for me.
@zeleniychupakeps Don't get extra space by modifying the ventoy partitions. Use preserve space like seen at bottom of this page. https://www.ventoy.net/en/doc_disk_layout.html
