You can write the ISO file to the same USB stick with other tools(e.g. Rufus/Etcher) and do the same installation. If it also give the same problem, then it's not Ventoy issue.

It's probably this make and model of hard drive image

I tried on two laptops that have the same model and brand of disk and they gave that problem

I tried with rufus and everything is fine
