What happened?

A suggestion. Please add a little speech synthesizer to ventoy menus, or maybe a wave file player that plays pre-recorded names of ISO files. I am blind and I cannot use ventoy menus because there is no screenreader. I use orca screenreader on linux and NVDA on windows. I suggest you to add a very lightwait and opensource synthesizer espeak ng.
