What happened?

When boot with ventoy USB ， can not find ISO lists, and error with

operating system loader has no signature incompatible with secure boot.all bootable devices failed secure boot verification.

and i must disable secure boot

Did you enable Secure Boot Support option in Ventoy? (Open Ventoy2Disk.exe it will show a lock icon in the right as follows:)
