iVentoy not loading ISOs for AMD CPU Lenovo ThinkPads

I'm having issues loading ISOs via iVentoy on Lenovo ThinkPads with AMD CPUs. Specifically P14s Gen 5 and 4's.

These ISOs work by rufus'ing them onto a USB, but not through iVentoy. We are able to load into iVentoy, but then choosing an ISO we end up getting stuck on a "preparing for boot" screen.

Similarly prepared Intel CPU Lenovo ThinkPads ISOs work fine through iVentoy. There's something with AMD that is most likely blocking it but I'm having trouble finding out exactly what. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

I had the same issue.

Using the trick described here, I could boot my ISO files on my P14s Gen 5 AMD. Just use the "Boot in grub2 mode" option.
