Support MFA Token from STDIN or ENV or AUTHFILE

Like the username and password, my request is to provide non-interactive methods also for MFA tokens. This could be useful during CD processes. For example Jenkins (or similar tools) could ask for the credentials and the MFA token as input to the pipeline.

It is currently not possible to perform a non-interactive login in case of MFA enabled.
