GHC port

The source line wasnt updating it to the newest kernel of 5.12.9 and was stuck at 5.12.1 so i made one change so it grabs the newest kernel and i put it in testing

this spkgbuild does not work but in the build part its all the commands to get ghc installed and working hopefully this will help create the actual port
