VOXEDIT: modifying the pivot must be simplified

This is currently only possible in the scene mode position panel

https://github.com/mgerhardy/vengi/commit/eed1417dbe1d52a5f4c71fb324f1046d76ac8f49 updated the gizmo from local to world mode - but for modifying the pivot we should use the local mode again and construct a translation matrix from the pivot
