VOXEDIT: extend the ShapeBrush

PR https://github.com/mgerhardy/vengi/pull/319 brought basic brush support - The ShapeBrush should get extended with this issue:

Tasks

  • [x] The ShapeBrush should also support a fixed region mode similar to the StampBrush (d3c17759f2bbdf6fe4a26c5782f351919dd763df)
  • [ ] The ModifierVolumeWrapper should get a flag to only operate on particular voxels. This can be used to e.g. erase only a particular color.
