VOXEDIT: support visible groups as magicavoxel does with layers

MV uses layers to organize models into visibility groups called layers. These layers are not about hierarchy, but just to toggle the visibility of several parts of the scene. This is really handy if you have lots of objects in a scene.

Even if you move a node in the hierarchy, the layer will stay the same.
