Exclude private functions?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It seems that objects starting with _ still get documented, as long as they have docstrings.

Describe the solution you'd like Maybe there should be an option to exclude them?

Hello! yes, it makes sense to have an option to exclude private methods even if they have docstrings.
