Updated node modules

Updated node modules to more up to date versions and fixed the gulp tasks that needed migration to new APIs/interfaces.

Thanks for the PR! I just ran a few tasks locally to test your changes, and I noticed this during gulp build:

I can't replicate this on current master so I think the dependency updates introduced this bug. Is this something you can replicate?

I'd gladly merge this once my concerns have been addressed.
