Can i use velocyto in Spatial transcriptome ?

Can i use velocyto analysis in Spatial transcriptome , like 10X vesium ?

Hi, I believe that 10X visium library preparation still follows other 10X products, so you could directly use velocyto --run10X or you could choose Starsolo 2.7.6a or above to perform the alignment as well as velocyto
