Feature Request: Disable minimap from "View" menu?

I'd like some menu entry to be able to disable the CodeGlance minimap without having to disable the plugin and restart.

There is a Toggle CodeGlance action, I think Ctrl+Shift+G by default. There is also a "disable" option on the CodeGlance settings page that does not require a restart.
