Guidance needed, integration into HA

Apologies for asking basic questions. I've been googling and trying for the last 2 days, but how do I now get the HA dashboard integrated? Where and how do I need to reference the index.yaml provided? The ESP32 is connected up and communicating with MQTT. How can I now setup this up as device in HA? Sorry, I'm lost and are going in circles with my google searches. Help would be very much appreciated.
