import / export of scenes

[vegu-ai-tools]

we currently allow importing only through upload of character cards.

should allow uploading of talemate scenes (packaged in some form as they contain multiple files) in the same manner.

likewise it would also be nice to be able to export

• as character card
• as talemate format
