Support more filtering on transfers list API

Task

The transfer list API (https://docs.vega.xyz/mainnet/api/rest/data-v2/trading-data-service-list-transfers) does not support much in the way of useful filtering. Now that it is used for rewards it would be good for this to be expanded.

Can we add filtering on:

  • Status
  • Asset
  • Start / End epoch (if recurring)
