Support continunous non time based scale for candle stick chart (block height)

Story

As a library consumer I want to be able to render a candle stick chart with a non time based linear scale So that I can render the chart with block height intervals

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] I can pass in data with non time based scale for the x axis and the chart should handle it
