Console: portfolio activity list shows incorrect amount for "best effort" transfers

Description

"Best effort" transfers will transfer less than the requested amount if the full amount is not available.

The activity view in the portfolio tab incorrectly asserts that the full amount was transferred. The actual transfer amount should be shown instead.
