Break out fees on the chart on market details

The Chore

The original plan wanted to show both volume AND fees (taking inspiration from uniswap) but this is a bit painful.

We'd have to use the fees on the market and infer the fees from the volume I think ... we dont have an API for historic fees.

And if the fee % changes over time we wont see this.
