Add swap routing

Can we explore adding swap routing?

ie. If Vega has spot markets: A / B & B / C, can we automatically support a swap of A to C by executing consecutive swaps of A to B then B to C?

Initial suggestion was to look at whether we can do this in the front end. This ticket is to explore that.
