Remove erroneous toasts on a withdrawal

The Chore

When you trigger a withdrawal you get a confusing stream of toasts which seem to indicate the withdrawal is aopproved before you have done anything in your wallet.

This is true in live ... and also for Arb.

Acceptacnce criteria

  • [ ] Simplify and rationalise toasts
