Move funding payments to bottom pane and adjust filters

The Chore

It doesnt make logical sense to sit where it does since these payments are specific to a KEY and all other info of this type sits at the bottom.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Show this table alongside positions / orders etc
• [ ] Sort by datetime
• [ ] Suggest to streamline the toggles / fiters here (since funding for all markets is a lot of data)
  • [ ] Add a toggler for "Show all markets" vs "Show current market"
  • [ ] Change the "Show closed markets" toggle to be a tick box saying "Include closed markets"
  • [ ] Those filters / toggles can then apply to all the things we show here
