Squid router UI build in portfolio page

Story

As a user I want a seemless deposit experience from Squid router So that I can deposit easily

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Once changes in #6267 are done, add the squid router widget to the new portfolio page panel
• [ ] The new deposit function needs the primary option to deposit via squid router as in sketch 1
  • [ ] This will probably involve using the widget but might be the SDK ... see outcome of #6107
  • [ ] Assuming it is the widget it will need to have its colour scheme configured to match Console as best as possible
  • [ ] The eventual deposit should be "one click" from the squid router all the way to Vega
• [ ] There should be an option somewhere to swap to "Legacy deposit" and use the existing form
