Navigation to / from the markets page

Work out what the navigation to and from the markets listing page should be i.e. how do I get there from the market drop down, anywhere else? How do I "go back" from the market list to where I came from?

Background

The decision has been made to keep the market page on Console - the market drop down isn't the most scalable to handle a long list of markets (where's the scroll), the market drop down filters out expired / terminated markets which users will likely want to find
