Could you please provide a full example on how to install vega-desktop on a local win10 machine? I cloned the repository but I fail to use yarn properly. I installed yarn from here YARN, but nothing happens. "could not find yarn" it says when I run "yarn start" in the vega-desktop folder.

sorry for this lame question, but i am sure many people will not be able to solve this question.
