Enhancement: Docusaurus documentation ?

Hello,

Thanks for your work maintaining this tool. I noticed that projets has bunch of tests and it would be nice to have a Docusaurus documentation website showcasting input / output / config efficiently like this with tabs :

That would be great. I don't have the cycles to build this but would be happy to review a pull request that adds it.
