RELAX-scan crashes with latest hyphy

Hello,

I am trying to run RELAX-scan using HyPhy 2.5.51 but it immediately crashes. I then tried HyPhy 2.5.32 and managed to get it running.

I am attaching the log with the crash using the latest HyPhy.

Dear @dgkontopoulos,

I'll look into it; can you share the input file and parameter settings?

In the meantime, you can use ENV="TOLERATE_NUMERICAL_ERRORS=1;" command line argument with the latest version to treat numerical issues as warnings instead of errors.
