Export & Import

It would be good to add export & import of current clusters without passwords and certs, just not to enter a lot of them from scratch for each time when you want to deploy ivory locally or if you want to update Ivory to new version but there is usually no backward compatibility, so you need to add them one by one. Keep in mind that at least this feature should be backward compatible.
