Adding MakerX hardware

Hello， this is David YU From MakerX， Please help me add the following custom hardware configs to the VESC project.
Please delete all previously uploaded source files. Only keep the few models that I uploaded within the compressed package. I hope these firmware can be included in the VESC TOOL. I am a beginner, please help me complete this task Thank you so much for your help.！

I don't have hardware to test on and not so much time, but if someone in the community (maybe @jaykup26) can prepare a PR I can review and merge it.
